Ludus helps you train and eat. To do that we store data about your body, your nutrition and your training. Below you can read which data, why, and what your rights are.

Which data

• Account: name, email address and an encrypted password. If you log in with Apple, Google or Strava, we only receive your name, email address and a fixed code to recognise you.
• Payments: which subscription you have, when you paid and how much. Your card or bank details go straight to Mollie; we never see them.
• Profile: sex, age, height, weight, goal and sport settings (such as FTP or threshold pace).
• Nutrition: the products and amounts you enter or scan.
• Training: planned workouts and, if you turn on a connection, activities from intervals.icu, Strava or Garmin Connect.
• Usage: when you log in and on what kind of device, to detect abuse and improve the app.

Why

Only to make the app work: calculating your daily target and workouts, securing your account, processing your subscription and solving problems. The legal basis is our contract with you (your subscription); we process health data such as weight because you enter it yourself to receive this service. We don't sell data, show no ads and don't profile you for advertising.

With whom

• Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany): the server where Ludus and your data are stored.
• Mollie B.V. (Netherlands): processes your payments.
• Apple, Google, Strava: only if you log in with them or turn on a connection.
• intervals.icu and Garmin: only if you set up a connection yourself.
• Our email service: to send your login links and important messages about your account.

Where

Your data is stored on a server in Germany, in the European Union. Product information comes from Open Food Facts; we only send the barcode or search term.

How long

As long as your account exists. If you delete your account, we erase your data within 30 days.

Your rights

You can view, correct, download or have your data erased. Email hallo@luduspro.eu. If you're not satisfied, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be) or the authority in your own country.
